The UI Library was one of 43 libraries nationwide selected to receive support from the National Video Resources and the American Library Association to participate in a series of programs that explores the history of jazz music. Rochelle Smith, Reference Librarian, and Gail Eckwright, Humanities Librarian, are co-principal investigators on this grant, working with Lewis Ricci, scholar, from the International Jazz Collections.
