ILLiad users can now reset their own passwords. Once a user has tried to log in with the incorrect password, they simply click on “forgot your password?” and they will be prompted to type in their username (14 digit bar code number) , hit “reset password” and this message will appear: Password reset e-mail sent to the address on file. Check your e-mail and click the link to continue.
ILL can still manually reset passwords for people who need help but the reset password feature is useful during night and weekend hours.
