After carefully evaluating each site, Wendy decided that sites whose main purpose was to sell something seemed unreliable, or weren't up to date, and were probably not the best sources for a research paper.

Some of these sites might be good for other types of papers, such as evaluation or compare/contrast papers.

She chose to use sites in which the author or organization had reliable credentials, that seemed objective, up to date, had links or other references, and had contact information.
