After receiving its charter in 1925, construction of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity house was completed in 1928. After eighty years on the University of Idaho campus the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity left its house in the Fall of 2012 due to a significant loss of members. The following year the men of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity leased this house and have occupied it since then.
