Phi Gamma Delta House

The University of Idaho chpater of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity was established in 1920, and in 1924 a sketch of a fraternity house design was proposed. Two years later in 1926 the construction of their house was completed. In the 1960s, after continuous chapter growth, the fraternity house was expanded to include a new wing for rooms. Renovations were conducted again in 2012 on the house's interior after generous donations summing to nearly 1.5 million dollars. The University of Idaho Phi Gamma Delta is currently the second oldest continuously operating chapter of this fraternity on the West Coast.
