"How-to" books on computers, computer software, and e-business. Books 24X7 requires that you register for access. Upon accessing Books24x7 for the first time, you will be presented with a 1-step registration page requiring you to enter a valid university e-mail (your uidaho.edu email address). No other information will be required. Upon validation, you will receive a password via email that you will use to log in to Books24x7.

When searching for a book the first time, an icon will appear, asking for you to "Install ActiveX-ebrary Reader," which is a required tool for viewing the full-text book. Installation on most browsers takes only a minute.
