What kinds of questions can be answered over IM?
We can answer many reference questions, such as help locating a call number, whether the library has a book, and even more in-depth questions. However, more complex questions may need to be answered by one of our subject specialists. Also, keep in mind that while the reference desk has IM, the circulation desk does not. Any questions about fines or your library account can be answered by calling 208-885-6559.
