Orders may be submitted by mail or by e-mail. Telephone orders are not accepted. Orders by mail must be accompanied by payment (except for purchase orders from libraries) and sent to: University of Idaho Library, Attn: MaryJane Bailey, Moscow, ID 83844-2350.

Orders by E-Mail should be sent to: mjbailey@uidaho.edu. These orders can be charged to a valid VISA or MasterCard number, and must include both the expiration date and the correct billing address for the credit card. Other types of credit card are not accepted.

PAYMENT METHODS

Orders submitted by mail must be accompanied by a personal check or postal money order in US funds, and both mail and e-mail orders may be charged to a valid VISA or MasterCard. An expiration date and billing address must be provided. Please do not send cash.

OTHER FEES

A postage and handling fee of $3 will be added to all orders for one or any number of titles. Idaho residents must also include 6% sales tax in their payment by check.

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped at the library rate via the U.S. Postal Service.

OTHER TYPES OF ORDERS

Orders from public or university libraries will be accepted if accompanied by a purchase order, and will be billed at the retail price, plus shipping.
