Black students are navigating their personal lives and careers in challenging times. They are dealing with two worldwide pandemics simultaneously, Covid-19 and anti-Blackness. Black students at U of I experience this acutely, learning and living in a state whose population is less than 1% Black. This talk will provide strategies for Black students to achieve holistic success in various dimensions of their lives in the midst this difficult period.
