This survey reviewed the recommendations of four Idaho Legislative Interim Tax Committees (1984, 1986, 1988, 1994), two Governor's Blue Ribbon Tax Committees (1978, 1988), and the Governor's Tax Package of 1993. The recurring income tax reform proposal is that the State income tax structure converge with the Federal structure, including the quarterly collection of estimated income tax payments.
