- Typewritten letter from Crabtree to Baby wherein he thanked Baby for sending the requested material to Dr. Clark. He said he was taking some Oregon obsidian with him for the filming, and that he would talk to Clark about obtaining a copy of the film. He said that in 1940 he visited Ohio State Museum with Shetrone and made a film on knapping techniques filmed by Ralph Ernst and asked if Baby could check for a copy and send it to him for comparison.
