Typewritten letter from Donald Crabtree to Rob Bonnichsen where he wrote to tell Rob that he had yet to receive his reimbursement payment for the conference and said that he needs to know about it soon since he planned to file his tax return and needed to know if he should deduct the expense or not. He said that he (as well as Francois Bordes) had run into this problem before and it makes them not want to accept invitations unless payment is sent in advance. He said that unless payment was handled differently for the upcoming meeting that Bonnichsen was planning for the fall he would not be willing to make such an expensive trip.
