Description:
A fluting error from Donald E. Crabtree's early fluting experiments. This is a channel flake connected to the distal end of Clovis point. The Clovis point was ground and rested on anvil. The channel flake and tip were removed when too much downward motion was initiated while attempting to flute the point. (JW) Mends with Ce.1067 and Ce.1068.
