Description: Thomas Kirby is recognized locally as the founder of Kendrick and instrumental to its planning and development. The house is the only remaining structure associated with Kirby and architecturally the house exhibits the Queen Anne style of architecture as adapted to north Idaho reflecting Kirby's efforts to establish a town.
