Description: The Kappa Sigma fraternity residence built in 1916 remains the oldest extant fraternity building on campus and in the state of Idaho. The building is an example of late nineteenth and early twentieth-century neoclassical architecture and echoes the Kappa Sigma fraternity southern origins.
