Abstract:The presentation will cover some general trends on the Roberts Court and then highlight a few of the most controversial decisions from last term.  Prof. Crowley will review the decision upholding the Affordable Care Act (NFIB v Sebelius) and the decision overturning most of the Arizona Immigration Law (Arizona v U.S.)  The presentation will conclude with a quick preview of important cases to watch for in the next term, which begins Oct. 1.
