This presentation examines the first atomic test conducted by the U.S. military after the end of World War II, which took place in Bikini Atoll in the Marshall Islands. The analysis of images of Operation Crossroads was conducted by Johanna Gosse of the University of Idaho and Kevin Hamilton of the University of Illinois.
