Looking west at the government holding point showing the two sections leased by Washburn-Wilson Seed Company. Later the section at the end of the building was sub-leased to the Corning Glass Company where they stored television picture tubes. Washburn-Wilson Seed Company was in the other section where the packaging equipment was installed and sacked beans on pallets stored. Each section was 180 feet wide and 240 feet long. Office was in the end section. Holding point was used by the Army during World War II.
