- Located at the southeast corner of Third and Jefferson streets. It was in this building that the Latah County Pioneer Association was organized at two o'clock on the afternoon of June 8, 1891. John Russell was the first chairman and Henry McGregor was the first secretary-treasurer. The building was later destroyed by fire. 1905.
