Standing in front left to right are Dr. R.T. Witty, a Simmons girl, and Mr. Simmons. Along the wall are a bunch of cane fishing poles and, hanging on the door-jam, are logger's boots. The building also housed the Max Davis Drug Store, whose sign is visible at the upper left: 'M. Davis, druggist - Ready to serve you day and night.' The store was on Main Street just east of First Avenue, where the service station now stands.
