Arch Harner Appointed Director for Office of Research Assurances

The Office of Research and Economic Development would like to announce that Arch Harner has been appointed Director of the Office of Research Assurances. Arch has over 17 years of government and private sector experience in various compliance, enforcement, and policy roles. He most recently served as Acting Director of the Office of Sponsored Programs. Arch holds Master of Science and Juris Doctor degrees. He is also a member of the Idaho State Bar and a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserve.
