MOSCOW, Idaho – May 28, 2015 — The University of Idaho is pleased to announce that Blaine Eckles has been named the Dean of Students, effective July 13.
Eckles, who received his doctorate in Adult, Organizational Learning and Leadership from UI Boise in 2011, has been working as the Associate Dean of Students at Boise State University since December 2011. “I am very excited to join the University of Idaho community as the new Dean of Students,” Eckles said.“As an alum, I am proud of the tradition and history associated with the university and the strong reputation it has. I strongly believe our students have the capacity to change the world and I look forward to working with them as they develop their ability to live and lead with integrity.”
