Photograph of Virginia (Ginny) Wolf holding a sign and wearing E.R.A. buttons, possibly at a rally for the Moscow chapter of NOW (the National Organization for Women). Wolf was one of the signers of the Conciliation Agreement that brought about the establishment of the Women's Center. Wolf was also the chair of the Women's Core Caucus that filed the complaint with the Idaho Human Rights Commission that led to that settlement.
