Longitudinal groove cutters are attached to the underside of the pressure plate. The man watching the action of the machine is Loyd C. Russell, Chief Inspector. Work is being performed by Morrison-Knudsen, Inc. under Schedule 2 of above Specifications. H.E. Foss, photographer
