Description:
Lubricating and insulating oils, received in tank cars, are stored in a lower section of the control bay. Tanks are provided for new and used oils of both kinds; and, oil can be pumped to or from any power unit. Oil pumping equipment, with air compressors and banks of carbon dioxide tanks, occupy a room adjoining the oil tank vault.
