Briefly, the objectives of this study, specifically developed to help solve the above problem, were as follows: 1) Develop an aggregate regional economic model that would simulate the economies of the state and region; 2) Analyze the growth of the state, region, and the irrigation project through their economic inter-relationships in order to facilitate evaluation of the impact on income and output; 3) Evaluate the economic impact of the Boise Project on the Boise region and the state over time.
