This analysis will focus on the following points: (1) Development of a hydrologic model capable of projecting crop production for the 'without' scenario. (2) Simulation of the regional economy 'without' the Project. (3) Estimation of indirect income derived from the Project. ( 4) Comparison of 'with' and 'without' conditions to determine benefits and costs attributable to the Project. (5) Demonstration of a methodology for determining the economic efficiency of the Project.
