Northern Pacific Train Engine 684 and the elk kill at Gardiner, Montana, in 1911. The depot is from Cinnabar, end of the Yellowstone Park Line, where it was in use until about 1902 when it was moved to Gardiner, 3 miles south. Ron Nixon learned to telegraph in this depot in 1924.
