I have not had any bowel movements for the last five days except for the pinky-sized feces passed the day before yesterday but had a decent one today after going to the bathroom three times. It was not smooth as it was almost viscous, and I had a hard time.

I exercise every day, but I think this is caused by my diet. I am not experiencing any stomach ache though and just being gassy. I heard that one major was threatened with a butcher’s knife by a Japanese [internee] in the K-2 kitchen, got pale and ran away today. This major is a bit arrogant and is said to be nosy and naggy.
