Left to right in town: warehouses, Shay locomotives (depot not yet built), park area and Bovill Hotel premises, Sherman House on main street, saloons at right fronting on Pine Street. In the distance at extreme right - later location of David Boarding House - is a frame which was probably the recreation hall.
