Shown here is the town of Boardman on the left side of the picture, showing U.S. Highway 30 to the upper or south of the picture. At the lower left hand corner of the picture may be seen the Union Pacific Railroad right of way. The entire town of Boardman will be moved from this site to a site at the upper left hand side of this picture near the dark area. The new interstate highway 80N will run by the darkened area, with Boardman being in between the new highway and the new railroad right of way, which will be approximately where U.S. highway 30 is now.
