- Front of shop note reads: "The entire shop was built by Thomas Coyne of 137 East 122 St. N.Y.C. and myself Sam Castiglia of 232 East 102 St. New York, New York. Write to us when you find this note. And please let us know who's who and tell us all about the Station." The original building was remodeled in 1935, apparently by these two CCC enrollees.
