A newspaper article detailing many of Democrat Governor John V. Evans proposed programs and budgets with the prediction that the primarily Republican Legislator will ignore or disapprove of. Programs include plans to deal with radioactive waste from IEL, continuing strong support for education, narcotics investigators, and additional community work centers and an ombudsman office for prisons after the recent prison riot. Several of Evans' ideas to fund this are also laid out in the article.
