- Leo Black & son Blackie with bobcat carcasses. On photo: Idaho Dept. of Fish & Game trapper Leo Black and son Blackie with bobcats trapped by Leo in the mid to late 1950s. Leo & Pet Morrow trapped coyotes for a $5 bounty in 1948 & 1949, breaking IFG's budget. Black was later hired by IFG.
