A photograph of derailed Northern Pacific Train Engine 1648. 'NP 1648 Pulling Camas Prairie Railroad Company Logger train hit a soft spot in track at MP 22 near Poorman Idaho June 1954. Jim Pilik hurt and fireman also. Engine cut up for scrap on the spot.' 'NP #1648 was going up to Headquarters branch and they hit a slip-off and the locomotive runned over on the left side and slid down into a hole.'
