I received a letter from Ms. Masako Onishi. I have to respond, but the heat makes my stomach problems worse and writing a letter harder. It is just unbearable to have a temperature over 100 degrees every day. I have to say it is extremely inhumane to keep us held in this remote area with such climatic conditions. One person joined the Number 1906 Unit. He is from Walnut Grove in California and one of the people who were moved from the Wisconsin State. His name is Kunisaburo Ishizuka. He is unfortunately here due to his association with a Japanese association. He is from Aichi Prefecture.
