Original Description:
Story later appeared in the Feb. 1933 edition of Outdoor Life. Inscription written by Roger W. Billings appears on the back of photo as follows: "Our first bear. His full size doesn't show because the body is sunk into the water & mud which at this place is ankle deep. The other one was slightly larger..."
